The interior is on one level, and the property is surrounded by trees. Relax in the shared garden and on the open terrace in this wooded setting. The shared outdoor pool is heated and open from May 15 to early October, weather permitting. You also have access to shared table tennis and a tennis court. Street parking is available on the wide sidewalk in front of the house. An electric gate with remote control gives access to the property. A shared bike shelter is in the garden, with 2 bikes and 2 e-bikes at your disposal. Events are not allowed on the property, and beach towels are provided. You are a 5-minute drive from Arcachon center and 8 minutes from the basin beaches near Pyla. The famous Dune du Pyla is 12 minutes away, with parking available. Ocean beaches are 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Don’t miss the Sunday market in La Teste, the largest in Gironde. Access is best by car due to unpaved roads. Hosts live on site but not in the reserved accommodation.
